Beth Brown has worked at Mountain-Pacific for more than six years, providing marketing and communications support for its numerous federal and state health care contracts in Montana, Wyoming, Hawaii and Alaska. Before joining Mountain-Pacific, Beth worked as a direct marketing writer, a copy editor, a tutor, a high school English teacher and a volleyball coach. She also has years of experience in journalism, including working as a television news producer, reporter and anchor in Billings, Montana, and as a newspaper reporter in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Janet Whitmoyer, RN, joined Mountain-Pacific in 2011 and is the director of Medicaid contracts. She oversees the management of Mountain-Pacific’s Medicaid contracts with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) as well as small contract review activity. She has more than 30 years’ experience managing and directing programs, staff and resources for a variety of health care organizations. Janet is an expert at managing programs and resources. She has developed long-standing, effective, positive and friendly working relationships with her staff, coworkers, clients, contractors, payors and state and federal officials.
Lisa Sather, RPh, is the director of clinical pharmacy services for Mountain-Pacific Quality Health. She joined Mountain-Pacific in 2003 as a clinical pharmacist and was responsible for the development, implementation and daily practice of the pharmacy case management program. This program increases pharmaceutical care for recipients by sharing nonbiased, evidence-based information with providers to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs and incorporate prescription drug abuse prevention strategies into provider education activities. Lisa has 25 years of experience in pharmacy services.
Sara Medley is the chief executive officer for Mountain-Pacific and has been with Mountain-Pacific for more than 30 years, 24 of which were spent serving as the chief operating officer, managing its quality improvement division. Sara’s contribution to the organization has been paramount to its success. Her oversight and direction have led to the uninterrupted renewal of four-affiliated quality improvement organization contracts in Montana, Wyoming, Hawaii and Alaska. Sara has been involved in quality improvement and health care management her entire career and has provided on-site quality improvement technical assistance and consultation to every hospital and numerous long-term care facilities in Montana.
